The ‘Winter Warmth’ Project is a campaign run by KwaZulu-Natal based radio station, East Coast Radio. The aim of the campaign is to collect blankets and other donations from the listeners of the radio station and distribute them to needy communities in KwaZulu-Natal and as far as Umtata in the Eastern Cape. Silveray Manufacturing in KwaZulu-Natal took part in a campaign by donating a cheque towards the purchasing of blankets and also challenged other companies to make donations to this cause.
